Do you know who you are in Christ? The “Word” of God tells us. 1 Corinthians 3:23 says, “And ye are Christ’s; and Christ is God’s.” The one who belongs to Christ is a child of God. And Romans 14:8 says, “For whether we live, we live unto the LORD; and whether we die, we die unto the LORD: And whether we live therefore, or die we are the LORD’s.”

When Christ was crucified at Calvary he left us promises of who we are in him. We are saved, forgiven and redeemed by His blood. We are adopted, given the full privileges of son-ship in God’s family; joint heirs with Christ to share in His inheritance. We are seated in heavenly places in Christ; citizens of the Kingdom of heaven; apart of the royal priesthood; an ambassador for Christ. We are victorious, overcomers, and more than conquerors. We are God’s workmanship, created in His image, and sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise.

As the days get darker we, as believers must take authority of who we are in Christ. We are to stand on the Word of God, and NOT be moved. Gods promises are true, and He is faithful and cannot lie. The time is now to stop playing church,and get serious.

We need to fast and pray like never before. And be obedient unto the His “Word.”
