The Resurrected LORD

What a joy to be alive with the resurrected LORD Jesus Christ living in our hearts. He died a cruel death on a cross, but was resurrected on the third day. Matthew 28:5- 6 “And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. 6He is not here: for he is risen.”

Jesus was dead, but is now alive in us. He ascended back into heaven, and is sitting on the right hand of the Father, interceding on our behalf. Just as he promised, he rose from the dead and sent his Spirit back to live in us. We can have the confidence that he will fulfill all his promises. We will be resurrected as he was. The power that brought Jesus back to life is available to us. He promised us eternal life. John 11:25-26 “Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection and the life: he that belìeveth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he 26And whosoever lìveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?”

One day We will live, and rule and reign with Jesus. Make this your commitment to pray and seek the LORD daily to be ready when he returns. Remember, each day is closer than the day before. “stablish your hearts. for the coming of the LORD draweth nigh.”

Let’s prepare ourselves by coming to class, studying, and reading the “Word” of God. 2 Timothy 2:15 says, “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
