Jesus Is The Reason For The Season

Thanksgiving has come and gone; another year, another time. After Thanksgiving, then Christmas, and then what? This year is gone forever. We can never go back and redo what we would like to. Did we show love, consideration and concern for those around us?  1 Corinthians 13:1-3

1: Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.

2: And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.

3: And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.” This tells us, “no matter what we do if it isn’t done in love it profits us nothing.

Did you grasp every opportunity that came your way to serve God to the best of your ability? You can’t go back Yes, this year is gone, never to return. Only what we for Christ will last forever.

Have you thought about winning a soul for Christ? Search out the scriptures and find out the value of a soul, Matthew 16:26 tells that “For what is a man profited, if he gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?’ Money cannot buy a soul. Without your soul, what is left? The world cannot help you.
When Jesus returns it will be too late to do a lost soul any good. Think about it. So, lets try to walk in love and win more souls for our LORD. To win one soul at Christmas would be great.

MERRY CHRISTMAS
to everyone and remember JESUS IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON
